How do I get started with Penzo?

Start with our free 30-minute consult. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s getting in the way, and whether we’re the right fit.
After that, you’ll receive access to your secure Client Portal where everything lives—onboarding, briefs, deliverables, deadlines, chat, and more.

Do you offer custom packages or only pre-set services?

Most of our work is custom-built around your needs. We offer structured service bundles to guide you—but we’re not here to sell you cookie-cutter solutions. We co-create what makes the most sense based on your stage, team, and goals.

Are you bilingual? Will your team understand my vision?

Absolutely. Penzo is fully bilingual (English + Spanish) and proudly built by a diverse team across consulting, marketing, and operations. We don’t just speak your language—we understand your market, your vision, and your goals. And we know how to deliver on them.

What if I don’t know what I need?

Who owns the work you create?

You do. 100%.
Once your project is complete and paid for, everything we create is yours to keep, publish, scale, and monetize however you want. We don’t watermark it, retain rights, or reuse your ideas.

What’s your turnaround time?

Timelines vary by project and scope—but we’re hyper-committed to deadlines and transparency.

Can I pause or cancel a service?

Yes—but there are guidelines:

  • Consults: Cancel/reschedule 24 hours ahead.

  • Projects: You can pause once for up to 14 days (just let us know).

  • Monthly Services: We need a 30-day written notice before your next billing cycle.
