Cancellation Policy
We believe in clarity, respect, and accountability on both sides. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect your time and ours, while ensuring we can deliver high-quality, timely service.
Consultations or Strategy Sessions
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as time has already been allocated.
Project-Based Services
Once a project begins (after onboarding and/or kickoff), cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
However, we understand that priorities might shift. You may pause the project once, for up to 14 days, by notifying us in writing. After that window, any further delays or inactivity may result in additional fees or a project reactivation charge.
Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services
For recurring or subscription-based services, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle to pause, cancel, or adjust the scope of work.
Services already rendered or scheduled within that 30-day window are non-refundable.
We’re committed to flexibility where possible—but in order to protect team bandwidth and scheduling, these policies apply across all engagements.
